2. November 1 Conference, St. Cloud Civic Center, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please hold this date for an important statewide conference on this issue! We have a strong line-up of national and state experts who will share the latest research and resources available related to meth. We encourage community leaders, elected officials, employers, educators, parents, family and friends of meth users to join us. The event is co-hosted by the Initiative Foundation and Hazelden Foundation, in partnership with the Minnesota Initiative Foundations and co-sponsored by many other organizations. A full agenda and registration information will be available in early September. To be placed on the conference agenda mailing list, contact info@ifound.org.
3. IQ Magazine Meth Issue The Fall issue of the Initiative Quarterly will be devoted entirely to the topic of methamphetamine, and will include a new resource guide. This special issue will also be inserted in a number of greater Minnesota newspapers and will be available to our sponsors and partners as a resource tool.
